at dance i landed a jump straight legged and my knee popped. the rest of the dance it was numb and i couldnt put too much pressure on it. i have to limp. it was like jello. it still is.
it feels like it needs to pop.
its my left knee and i CANT straighten it and i'm in pain when i bend it all the way.
its no swollen and its not exactly my knee cap its to the left and kind of behind my knee.
it feels like a bone is going in and out when i do certain stuff.
i couldnt dance my last dance.
i have dance practice monday and wed. and i have a tennis tournament tuesday. and i HAVE to dance saturday.
will i be able to do that?

Maybe give some free advice about: Injuries? summerchiick answered Saturday March 14 2009, 9:35 pm: You sound like you may have moved your knee-cap over. even though the pain isnt near the knee cap its likely. this happened to me and i had the same symptoms. im not a doctor so im not diagnosing you but you need to see someone. i understand the feeling when it needs to pop but i cant. it hurts alot. in the mean time you should try going to CVS, Walgreens, or any other drugstore around the area and getting a soft brace. nothing hard, or heavy, but more then an ace bandage. they are either black or tanish-sandy. you slip them on and they give minimal support. if you do get one it will feel a little weird when you walk, almost like you have a little bounce in your step.
Boe answered Monday February 9 2009, 1:44 pm: It sounds like you need to see a Doctor. If your pain is great, it sounds like it is, this is your bodies way of saying, hey, there is something wrong. You don't want to further damage it, if there is already something that needs attention. The only way to know is through an x-ray. Good luck. I hope you get better. You sound like a very busy person.
