i turned eighteen three months ago. the guy is about sixteen and a half. i didnt realize he was this young when i first started talking to him. is that too much of a difference?

At the age 16 he is still a minor and having a sexual relationship with anyone who is under the age of 18 is qualified as statutory rape.
