stomach pains and achess

i dance and usually when i am dancing up really high in my stomach it cramps or just has some type of pain cant really describe and then feeds down into my midd stomach or intestines and i get kinda bloated but then sometimes goes away? i get alot of gass and growling too.. does anybody know wats causing thiss?

Air or gas in your stomach causes growling and small snack-like meals can cause aches. Try having more filling foods like bread, which will quiet your stomach and make it feel better :]
