Well even though you did have unprotected sex, it was very responsible of you to get the morning after pill and as long as it's taken within a few days after sex, you should be fine. As far as the brown blood goes, it's most likely just "old" blood. It happens to me at the start of my period every now and then too. So i highly doubt you are pregnant! But i feel i must tell you it is VERY POSSIBLE to get pregnant just from precum. I currently have a freind that's pregnant from precum. So as convenient as the pull-out method is, it isn't the best choice for birth control. If you are still concerned about being pregnant, take a home pregnancy test to ease your mind.
