Hi! Well it doesn't really matter...unless you doing it is interfering with your everyday life. If it's not, you're fine...probably better than fine for a few reasons:
1. You can't get someone/yourself pregnant and you can't catch an STD. Masturbation is pleasure with no strings attached.
2. You learn a lot about yourself through masturbation. Such as what you like sexually and that in turn, will make it easier for a sex partner to get you to climax.
3. This is the best reason. Studies have shown that orgasming at least 200 times a year will lengthen a person's life by about 6 years!

Hello,well masturbation is a great thing,"pleasure with no strings atttached".There is no rule to how much you masturbate,you should masturbate when you feel the urge but I can tell you that it can be addictive, it is so pleasureable that you can overdo it but there will be no side effects so there is nothing to worry about. They do say however the longer you wait for something the better it is but when you want to masturbate you should go ahead and do it,alittle pleasure never hurts.
