THINKPOSITIVE7 answered Monday January 26 2009, 11:49 am: Hello, it has been going on since you were 30 you say, that is a fairly long time..if I might ask how have you been fufilling your sexual needs if you have yet to have an ercetion in 28 years? Well as you know erectile dysfunction(impotence) is common at your age, hormones change and libido goes down, howevr every man is different. So lets get into the basics I am more than sure that you have an erctile dysfunnction, this is as you know an inablity to get or keep an erection before or during intercourse..There are various forms but you say you have yet go get an erection since you were 30, can you be alittle more specific please.:)In men your age impotence can occur if damage to the arteries, smooth muscles ,fibrous tissues, or veins are damaged. This can occur from surgery, certain side effects from medicine, accidents, or even psychological porblems. Since you have been having this problem I think it is vital to see a urologist and inquire about some drug thearpies such as Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis, oral testoterone, vacumn devices, and even injections of medicine into the penis:(.I hope this was helpful and if you have any more quesions I am always here..goodluck
