Hello there,
ok so heres the deal, im 18/f five feet three inches and 135 pounds.
I carry most of my weight in the mid section and i was hopping to lose a few inches around there. I live on residence and have access to a fully equiped gym.
The problem is i have no clue what to do. I always end up doing the same thing. 20 min on the bike and 20 min on the olyptical.
What are some other things i can do? For how long? How many times a week?
* i dont want to become muscular or anything just a lil slimmer. *
Thanks!

Ceeee answered Sunday January 25 2009, 9:37 pm: well your just doing the bike and olyptical, which is mostly cardio, i mean somewhat your legs. but your not getting and exercise in your stomach.. which you say is where most of the weight is. i take boxing and ... we usually do 35 sit ups and 35 crunches at the end of each workout. that is not including ..working out .. i would suggest at the gym. to run on the treadmill.. instead of the bike for like 10 minutes, or fifteen, then start using more of the equipment, most gyms have specific equipment for your midsection. and there is no harm in working out your arms a little bit to lose weight
and working out three times a week is PLENTYY
just for an hour
soo myyy opinon
stretch
10-15 minutes on the bike
use a machine to work out your legs
and arms for 20 minutes (10 minutes for legs, 10 for arms)
use a machine to work out your midsection for 20 minutes
then end with more situps and/or crunches
...and some gyms have specific classes to attend
i would look into those
let me know how it goes
