i want to lose my lower stomache fat
it like sticks out
i have a treadmille at home
can someone tell me what to do how to lose the fat and make it flat
and also,
how long i should stay on my treadmille
what exactly to eat?
please answer all these questions,
and i heard doin ab crunches and all that workouts when you dont have a flat tummy will only make it bigger?
then what am i supposed to do to get it flat? htanks. im a skinny girl btw

aerobic exercise burns fat. You can stay on your treadmill as long as you want really. Exercises that target your core and lower abdomen will get you results. Always run for a while before you work on your stomach. It will get your heart rate up and your muscles warmed up giving you better results. This may help a little, good luck!

running will make you lose weight but it wont flatten your stomach. whoever told you crunches makes your stomach bigger lied. crunches are the best thing you can do to make your stomach flat. for the lower part of your stomach, do backwards crunches. its the same as regular crunches but instead of lifting your upper body, lift your legs towards you. if you make it daily habit you should start noticing a difference in about 2 months.
