Well first, it all depends on how bad the burns are. If there are blisters forming or anything, get someone to take you to the doctor, because once they pop, it'll be really painful.

If it's just more of a red situation: Try to get some Neosporin. Coating that on your burns, and wearing either band-aids or gauze or something like that will protect it from extreme temperate/moisture, and help it heal. Any kind of Vaseline or Aloe lotion could also work.

If you don't have any for the time being, run water (not too hot, or cold) over your burns, and for your face, use a wash rag and gently dab. Afterwards, use lotion so you don't get all dried out and uncomfortable. Also, for the water: Anything too cold will contrast a lot with the warmth of your skin and feel uncomfortable, so keep that in mind.

If you're interested in going to the store, there are also creams that help numb pain. I know they make stuff like that for your mouth (I'm not 100% what it's called, sorry), but I used it on my hands and it worked, too. I'm sure they have things like that for your skin. I used to get blood work a lot, and used stuff that made my skin less sensitive. It was something with a "C". I'm really sorry I don't know the name, but I'm sure it's readily available in any medical section of a store, or convenience store.

Hope you feel better, and I hope this has helped at all! For tonight, just try to do the water and lotion thing.

XOXO
KAT
