Boot Disks

Ok I have a problem I am trying to help my friend fix her computer it seems like it is stuck in safe mode what it does is it starts and then goes to the screen where is shows all the startings like safe mode and safe mode with command prompt well then it restarts so i made a boot disk for her and so i tried it on my computer i get to the 6 disk and then it asks for an administrator password what is the password is there a set password and can you tell me that or is there another password and how can i find that out or is it the password to get in BIOS i did not try that can you please help me kinda need it fast

The Windows admin password is blank by default. Just press enter with nothing in the password box.
