when you get defrosted can you/are you back to life?

in some cases i believe its possible.
but i imagine that if you are frozen for so long that your heart freezes and your organs start shutting down. you also need food and water to still survive.

No. Cells are severely damaged when frozen. Scientists are not even close to developing the technology necessary to resurrect someone after they have been frozen to death, if it's possible at all. Brain cells might be damaged so severely that they are unrepairable with any technology.
