animal job

Question Posted Thursday December 25 2008, 11:05 am

15/f

well i know i cant even work at a animal shelter till i'm 18. But i want to take care of animals as a career.. Not like a zookeeper with lions. Just devote my time to taking care of cats or dogs. I do not want to be a Veterinary though. All they do is give the animal shots to make them feel better. My job is probably unrealistic but any ideas?

It is quite possible. You can work in animal shelters where dogs and cats are brought it and cared for, not just by the vets, but by their carers as well. You know the adverts for animal shelters on TV? Well, you could take a look round at your local shelter if you want and see what you think. That's one idea anyway!!!

I hope this helped,
