how long?
i know that everyone is different, but i just wanted to know how long it took for anyone to get over thier first love....i went out with this guy for about a year, and i love him so much...he's always on my mind, i do try to keep busy and i'm really working at it, i know i will get there. Someone told me that it takes about 4 years. I guess it depends on the person but how lon did it take you to get over them?thank you!:D

i went out with him for two years, and it took me a very long time. probably about two years to get over him but it does get better, trust me :) and i am still friends with him, without having those feelings which to me, is what matters. i hope things get better sweetie. happy holidays! ♥ LU

it depends on how much you like him, usually it takes about 1 year at the most, but that is just me. for most people it would be about a year to get over someone though or maybe 2 years.
