Hello, my third time writing to you. I am running the shai-halud level editor for dune 2000. It worked fine on my xp computer, but my vista computer says i am missing MSVBVM30.DLL
I cannot find it anywhere. Can you help me?

You bet!

You are dealing with software from 1999. That DLL is just about extinct.

Here is the support board for Dune editors of all kinds:

... and that would be a good place to post a question about this.

Someone may have the old DLL laying around. I would think you would be able to use a more updated version of the same library. Example: MSVBVM60.DLL instead of MSVBVM30.DLL. Some modifications might be needed.

If you still have your XP machine, you could copy the file to your new machine. I searched my machine, and didn't find it installed.
