so latley..for idk..maybe a month or something..my toenails have been um..like..WHITE..like..they have little stripes of white going down them and they're kinda in patches..it's like powder white..and when im in the shower..i wash everywhere..and when i clean my feet..they look fine..they're kinda yellow..but they're fine..and then when i get OUT of the shower..they're back to how they were..they have that white stuff on them..
i wear ballet flats like..every single day..and so they dont get all dirty and stuff, i put powder in them..could it maybe be the baking soda that i put in my shoes that's making them do this?
does anyone know how to get rid of the white stuff on the nails?
thanks so much!! :)

The top things that come to my head right now could be calcium. If you don't get enough calcium then it weakens your bones. Like you've heard calcium builds strong bones. Yeah also nails. It could also be nail polish. Do you wear nail polish a lot on your toes? That's a possibility because if you use nail polish a lot and use nail polish remover it makes your nails yellow if you use it a lot. That's what it did to me on my finger nails. Well I hope this helped a little. Sorry I couldn't be much help but good luck! [ kiran's advice column | Ask kiran A Question ]
