gaining weight back!! so i'm a freshman in college, and usually your suppose to gain weight right? well not me! i've lost like 5-10 pounds. in the summer i use to weigh around 120 now i weigh 110! i know this is not good for me, and i do not want to be this skinny! i'm a pretty tall girl, im 5'6" so i think i look way too skinny. the weird thing is, i'm not really hungry all the time anymore? i love how flat my stomach is, i think i have a two pack too :p haha because i've been doing crunches now and then but my arms and legs are SO SKINNY! i hate it. even last night my two guy friends were like wow you're skinny, look at your arms and legs! and i was like i know, i lost weight but i'm trying to gain it back... and one of my friends was like well at least she still has those titties like a perv haha. anyways how can i gain weight back? like i don't want my stomach to grow, but i want to put some weight on my arms and legs. i don't have money for a gym membership to like lift weights or anything. if i eat alot, i'm scared its going to go in places i dont want it to! any ideas?

Technically you want muscle. Muscle you gain weight in a healthy way. running gives you muscle, meats, leg weights you strap them to your ankles and walk around buy little weights at the store and use them for your arms ]
