Wedding My wedding is coming up and I am not fat I just have some extra flub on my stomach and arms and would like to tone up for my wedding. Any suggestions on excercises I should do? Also, it would be helpful if you could tell me what sorts of equipment I should have (something I can easily do at at home) such as dum bells, etc

you could use equipment.
but its so much easier not to.
do some crunches.
maybe some yoga.
also, if you sit upside down on a couch and do 30 sit ups a day, it really does help.(:
