new aim
i had the old aim then updated it too the new aim and all of a sudden it says "connection failed" i just had it working untill i downloaded the new version. i already tried to restart my computer, what should i do?

1, Make sure if you have a desktop the cable wire is connected properly to the back of the computer.

2, If you have a popup blocker you might want to try temporarly allow popups so the download can start.

3, Restart the computer


4, If you have wireless internet, Make sure you have the jack inserted properly

i had the same problem. Check your computer clock. If its the wrong date and time, it wont work, trust me. If that's not the problem, you may need to report it to the AOL company.
