i just turned 17 years old, im height 5'3 and i weigh 109 pounds. is this a healthy weight? i want to be 105 pounds because i think i have too much stomach fat but some people say that would be too skinny?

It all depends on how you're built. One of my friends got his BMI done at a gym. He was over 6 ft. tall and weighed about 130 or something like that. The calcuations showed that he was massivly obese- this guy doesn't even have an ounce of fat on him. You will know if you have too much stomach fat by how you feel and how much energy you have.Even if youre clothes just feel uncomfortable. But anyway to me youre weight and height sound alright.

Your weight seems fine.
I think 105 would be too skinny.

I know what you mean about the stomach fat thing. I had the same thing.

Crunches and variations of it has helped me a lot.
