My boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year now and I was wondering if I should get his mom something for Christmas. I'm not really that close to her but I would like to be. She's very nice and welcoming (I'm always at their house) but she doesn't really talk to me all that much. Just your usually Hi, how are you. That kind of makes me timid about trying to talk to her because I'm not sure if she "approves" of me for her son. I was thinking that a gift would hopefully help change that. If i get her something, what should it be?

My boyfriend's family loves to do puzzles together, so I asked his younger brother to secretly send me a family photo and I am ordering a puzzle of it off of snapfish.com. You might want to check out that site because most mothers are proud of their family and any gift that has to do with them would be really nice and there are a lot of different gifts you can get using pictures on that site.
