itouch connect to wifi I just got an iTouch & it won't connect to wifi. At home I have a linksys router, and the network name is Orange. My home apple computer connects to it easily with the WEP password.
However, on the iTouch, i can't connect to the internet. In "settings", it displays the network (Orange), but when i click on it, the iTouch says "Unable to join the network"
When i click on the more information tab for the network Orange, it asks for the IP address (DHCP BootP or Static) and i'm not sure what to select.
Other information includes Subnet Mask, Router, DNS, Search Domains, Server, Port, and Authentication. What should I enter here?
Any other general tips to connect to wifi in other areas, not just at home?
thanks!

Use DHCP and leave all of the other settings blank. The iTouch will need to know that you're using WEP and what the password is, so find that option and change it. Make sure that you're also using the correct wireless connection; there might be a few in your area.
WEP is terribly insecure, and it will take anyone in your area just minutes to start snooping on all of your unsecured traffic. I recommend WPA2 instead. You can change this in your router configuration. ]
