My volume won't work for internet sources

Question Posted Sunday December 14 2008, 10:45 pm

Basically, my volume will work for whenever I use itunes, or windows media. But if I try to listen to someone's myspace song, or if I try to watch a youtube video, my volume won't work.
I've checked all my music options/etc. that i can think of, and everything seems normal.
HELP?

Additional info, added Friday December 19 2008, 12:20 am:
I am pretty sure it has NOTHING to do with my internet browser. I've checked all that out. And it's not only for youtube videos, it's basically any music that comes from an internet source..

That sounds strange. In your audio properties do you have wav turned up? I am thinking that that might be the issue. Open your audio properties and go to options then properties. Make sure that there isn't another volume control that you just don't have visible.
