crunches. Im 13.
i do lke 100 crunches in themorning
100 crunches at night.
i dont have such a BIG belly
its jus kinda big,not rlly though but i want it flat
first question is.
what results will i see?
and if i run while doing crunches will my stomache go flaT?
and ofcourse i kno about the eating rite thing

crunches have NOTHING to do with having a flat stomache. It is a common misconception. When you do crunches you are building muscle. What you need to do is burn fat, so your idea of running is definitely a step in the right direction. When you already have a flat stomache, crunches will then help to define the musculature. I suggest that you do some running and wear a sweat belt while you do it. Then make sure to do some crunches. Also muscle burns calories very well , so if you build some more muscle , the fat will come off a lot easier.

doing crunches wrong can make your stomach bigger. i suggest sit ups. and don't get lazy doing them. make sure when you keep your abs tightened the whole time and when you go up, your shoulder blades should come up off the ground. running will definately help a lot. ]
crunches dont work your whole stomach, i would try circular situps or bicycle situps, which you can see how to do them by typing it into google ]
