I find that in most events, I come home and feel like it could have been funner, I feel like I keep a lot of stuff inside(as you can see I'm on here) and I don't like myself half the time. I often think about hte past and what I could have done differently and I find it hard to relax and just have a good time when there are thigs that could get done. I also think that I may be developing an eating disorder. I don't eat a lot of meat, if I don't exercise at least every other day i get anxious, and I made myself puke once. ????help!

If you think about it, there's no such thing as a time machine so you can't go back so why dwell on the unchangeable past? Look to the future and find how you can make those things better, and move on. As far as the eating disorder, I had the same problem about a year ago. I got to a discusting size, I looked like a skeleton and it was just unnatractive. I'm so glad I realized that because I finally got to a healthy weight and I look great. It's not bad to exercize every other day, just please don't stress if you miss a day. I'm sure you aren't overweight, actually I'm positive you aren't because of your habbits. If any of this escalates, please get help. The death rate associated with anorexia is 12 times higher than the death rate of ALL causes of death for females 15 – 24 years old. Keep that in mind. Katlyn answered Monday December 8 2008, 11:00 pm: i think its more of an eating disorder then depression and i think you should tell your parents because an eating disorder is very serious and it will affect your life in a big way the best way to get rid of this problem is tell you parents and then get some proffessional help.
