my heel

so the other night me and my friends were playing this game and i jumped from a fence and landed right on my heel and it hurts to walk or anything and theres not really any bruising and idk what to do like if something is really wrong or what! and i try not to walk on it and when i walk on it is really the only time it hurts except for sometimes if i walk on it too hard or something it throbs for a while or if i hit it on something or move my foot around a lot!

Ice
Compression
Elevation

It's bound to hurt if you landed on it! Just give it a while. :)

you mighta just sprained it which usually heals on its own, so you should try to stay off it and maybe ice if for awhile and keep it propped up at night. and maybe try telling your parents to see what they think.
