HardKnockLife answered Sunday December 7 2008, 3:47 pm: Well it depends on which role you are auditioning for. If you're female I'd suggest "Somewhere that's green" sung by the lead character Audrey. If you're male you have more to choose from. Little Shop of Horrors has more male than female roles. Again depends on which character you're going for. "Feed me" is a great song if you're auditioning for the role of Audrey II (the people eating plant). Which I think is really the most fun character to play in that production unless you really dig the crazy dentist, Orin.
If they allow you to use a partner you could sing "Suddenly Seymour" - the duet between Audrey and Seymour. It's appropriate for auditioning for either of the two main roles and would show the judges your harmony skills.
I hope you pass your audition! Little Shop of Horrors is a great production and a lot of fun!
