so, i really hate this and have been trying to lose some more weight so this dosen't happen at all, but sometimes when i walk and my legs rub together i get this almost like rash from it. my job forces me to walk a lot and it mainly happens when i work days and days in a row. is there anything i can put on it to make it go away faster? thanks

lather the rash with vaseline ar diaper rash cream. Put on some baby powder or cornstarch so it doesn't stick so much. do this before bed and in the morning. The baby powder with releive some of the friction that is causeing the rash.

Work out. Eat better portioned meals. Don't snack. Drink lots of water. At night rub cream on the rash.
