what can i do to make my damaged hair healthier.
in other words what can i do to make my hair HEALTHY? products, home treatments and such..

get a trim or a hair cut to get rid of your split ends. theres this stuff i just started using, garnier fructis (shampoo & conditioner)i think its called. it makes my hair so soft, i love it and definetly recommend it to make your hair healthy and fabulous =]

Well first off cut of your dead and damaged ends. You can buy all this stuff at Wal Mart.. Hot Oil treatment. It has directions but all you do is fill a cup with Hot water and put the oil tubes in it. when in the shower you put it on your hair and i think you leave it in for 3 m inutes. then rinse it out. Treseme has some good shampoo and conditioner to treat damaged hair.. if you straighten your hair get the heating spray .
