How do i export my flash game? I finally got the basics of making the actual thing but anything beyond and i'm lost. so... i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to send a flash game i made to my friend and family (sort of like an e-card) without it being online.

In Flash, go to file -> publish settings. Check ONLY "Windows projector (.exe) and click "publish". Flash will create a .exe file in the same folder your Flash project file is in. Send this to your family in an attachment. It will play on any Windows computer, even if they don't have Flash Player installed. If you have family who use Mac computers, also check "Macintosh projector" and send those people the .hqx file.

It would be easier for everyone if you just put the video online and sent them the URL. To do that, go to file -> export -> export movie in Flash. Save as something.swf. Create a free account here:

Upload the .swf file. Send your family the direct URL given to you by hotlinkfiles.
