free reliable music downloads

Question Posted Sunday November 30 2008, 12:48 am

i used to use limewire as my source for free reliable music downloads; however it proved unreliable cause i got a virus from it.

does a similar free reliable music download source exist, or should i just suck it up and use iTunes?

thank you.

You have to look for the good indexes. Look through them. There are tons of youtube videos on the subject. Do a search for google hacks. As for viruses...virii?, make sure if you aren't looking for an exe you don't download one. I use linux , so viruses aren't an issue.

Don't download using programs.

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) has music files.
Or go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and use this downloader: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Happy downloading!

You got a virus because you downloaded a virus, not because of a fault in Limewire. Anyone can upload anything they want to Limewire, and they can name it anything they want. All similar services operate the same way. You have to either learn to differentiate music from viruses or use legal methods like iTunes.

For information on how to identify viruses, read my guide here:

I recommend Shareaza instead of Limewire:

I list many programs similar to Limewire here:
