when make up artists say "tap off the excess on eyeshadow from the brush" wont the pigments in the color go away and the color wont have pigmentation on the eye cause you tapped off some color duhhhh
orphans answered Monday December 1 2008, 1:06 am: You tap off the excess so you won't have too much on the brush. If you have too much on there, it'll fall onto your face which would not be good at all. You really don't need too much on the brush to get the color on your eyelids if you're using a decent eyeshadow. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
