well, good question! first off, my hair is curly too, and i was thinking about it getting permanetly straight, but then i thought, why would i do that? because i would have to waste like, an hour to curl it. but if i got a curly perm i would have to waste my time straightening it. i think you should get it straight. hey!! email me please! to talk hair? maybe? or anything else? anyway mbtokio101@gmail.com

perms make your hair curly, but there are also ways to chemically straighten your hair. They are called Japanese straightening, which is mainly for people with really really thick hair, and is more damaging, and theres also Brazilian which is for less thick hair and less damaging. Also unlike japanese, brazilian fades out. With japanese, once your hair starts growing out, the new hair will grow in curly but the ends will stay straight, which would look kinda weird if you didn't get it re-done.
