hi all
i have a question.... i go to gym about 5 days a week... but still i have a few extra pounds around my belly n chest.... and in my diet i only include eggs on the non-vegetarian portion just after the gym...what i want to know is that is the yellow part of the egg so full of fats that i shud leave it in my plate only or shuld i eat it too.... i want to increase muscle mass on my biceps then which part of the egg should i eat and any special time when eating eggs would be mist effective ??

er, eggs dont really increase anything... They're just food. They'll give you the protein you need to help gain muscle when you work out, but the only way your going to gain muscle mass anywhere is to exercise. Theres no easy way for almost anything...
