From what I recall (13+ piercings) you need to wait at least one month in between piercings so that the major trauma of the skin being punctured calms down and begins the healing process. Three months is desirable, but if you simply cannot contain yourself wait one month in between for safety.
Sometimes you want things done right away but give it some times so you can do it the right way. If you MUST have them as soon as possible then give it a month and get your second piercing. From the day you get your second piercing, give your body one more month for the third. You want to let your body heal up some before putting more trauma on it. The piercing may seem small to us, but it's a big wound to your body.
Also note that not giving your body enough time to "heal" between piercings can help in the rejection process, which happens with surface piercings like your belly button piercing. You simply do not want to shock your body into rejecting these right away so give it time to relax between them.
Note that during the healing process you should avoid smoking, drinking, and any other drug usage you may have. Cutting down on caffeine is surprisingly helpful and taking a daily multivitamin is one of the keys to a happy piercing. During the healing process don't be afraid to take some extra C Vitamin. It's recommended you take 2000mg to 3000mg of C each day during the healing process for piercings. This promotes health in your whole body so the cells can act more efficiently.
It is also safe to take some:
Vitamin E
Vitamin K
Zinc (100mg)
B Complex
to help in the healing process of the piercing.
Remember:
Do not use alcohol or peroxide to clean the piercing.
Do not move the piercing or put pressure on it.
Always wash hands before touching the piercing.
Do not use soap to clean the piercing with.
Use saline solution (salt water) to clean the piercing. Once or twice a day is enough--never over clean the piercing.
I hope everything heals up right and your other piercings take fine. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me! :) [ Peeps's advice column | Ask Peeps A Question ]

If you feel comfortable with having other fresh wounds, then go for it. Just be prepared for a longer healing process - you've been warned! [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]
