Weight lose.

Im 13 years old i lost Over 30 Pounds this year.
ANd it was BIG For me
and i got REALLY emotional during the process
did anyone else ever get emotional like me?
i mean people aall think its easy and stuff
i just want to know what you guys went through aswell.

It's definately not easy and it was very emotional pretty much the whole time. I'd be grouchy, crabby, and annoyed by EVERY LITTLE THING! Now that I think about it, I was acting ridiculous, but I know that it was because I was losing the weight. Also, I was lacking a lot of sleep so that probably didn't help either. But when people say it's easy it's because they haven't experienced it or because they didn't lose a large amount of weight. They don't consider all the things like certain foods, exercise, plateaus...etc... But honestly after I lost all the weight, my mood changed. I finally looked the way I wanted and I became happy. It's not an easy process that's for sure. Hope this helped.
