Ok so Im around 208lbs
& Im 14
Freshman
I wanna lose weight
How can I do this WITHOUT exercise?
I walk alot during school
& I walk alot when I go out with friends sometimes
I just recentaly started walking down a road before my parents get home from work
Its pretty long & I walk about 10min each day on it

What kind of diets could I use without too much extra cooking, ect ect
& no weight loss programs
& again, NO EXERCISE besides what I mentioned above

Sadly, the truth of it is, you cannot lose weight without exercise. I know this might sound cheesy but exercise can be fun. For example: Get your friends to go rollerblading at a fun place with music and have fun or blast some music in your room and dance. Grab a hairbrush and pretend your a singer and prance around in your room if you have to. [Even though that does sound weird, it's actually fun and it works. Most people do that too despite the facts they deny it]

Eating fruits will easily fill you up and don't have that much calories. If you feel hungry at home and it's quite a while before dinner, just grab an apple or a mango instead of chips or any other sort of junk food. Stay away from salt and don't sweat it:]

I am also 14 and also have weight problems. I also searched for diets which would require no exercise but the fact of the matter is that you can't lose weight without exercising. By weight, i do not mean water weight(you can lose 7lb of water weight without actually losing weight). If you starve yourself it's much more difficult to lose weight. The easiest way is to simply eat healthy foods and exercise as much as possible. Stay away from empty calories (sodas,shakes, juices, ect.) Water and milk are best. Controlling your wieght is (overall) intake-outtake. For a month i eight glasses of water a day, ate healthy square meals, and ran at least 45 minutes a day. I lost fifteen pounds. I know you asked for a diet without exercise but it honestly does not work. Even if you do lose weight that way, there is a high chance that you'll gain it back, trust me. Exercise more (like 30 minutes more a day)and eat healthy. That's about all you need to do. Just remeber that it's all about intake/outtake and that it takes time, effort, and a huge change in attitude. Well, that's my advise and i hope i helpped at least a little. Just remember, we're all different and won't look like the supermodels on the covers of magazine.

What do you have against exercise??

Here's what I did.
I switched to an organic diet and ate healthy foods... The obvious, Add more veggies and fruits... Stay away from soda and the obvious foods that aren't good for you, drink lots of water.
But yeah, everything was Organic, or all natural.

Now the other thing I did was ride my bike.. I KNOW you said NO exercise, but bike rides work REALLY well.

I was at 175 and now I weigh 130.
