You can get him maybe a car model. They may be expensive, though, so it depends on how much you want to spend. You can't go wrong with a American Express gift card(I know, it feels like you didn't do alot, but it's the thought that counts. And this way he can get whatever he wants to get). Or you can get him a nice sweatshirt or T-shirt alongside something like a DVD or CD that he likes.

Well my bf is the same. He likes to "enhance" his car. Depends on how much you want to spend, you can get him a sound system or deck, winter tires, or a gift card to his favorite mechanic or something. You can make him a gift basket of good car cleaning supplies and then have a doy when you guys both clean his car in the summer. car magazine subscribtion or a car calender. I hope i helped. Well, you're ahead of most girls then, since you already know what he likes :) base his present on cars. Whatever you get him, make sure it has something to do with cars. Do this, and he will be happy :) how about getting him tickets to go see a car show/monster trucks/race, depending on what he likes about cars. Or maybe you can get something autographed by a famous car racer off of ebay? Just look out for fakes. Oooorrr how about a necklace with a little car charm thing, if he likes wearing jewelry :) Just make it come from the heart, and think about what he would like :) Hope I helped! Goodluck!
