Ok my mom just can not see how bad her boyfriend is treating me. And in the end I am the one that ends up looking bad. What do I think. I dont want to tell her but I know if I told her she will probably talk to him about it. Its annoying me.

Your mom p'bly isn't noticing this because obviously she trusts him too much. If he is treating you badly, you should first go and talk to him about it. Calmly explain to him that you have no issues with him except certain things which really annoy you.
If that doesn't work, i think that you should talk to your mom, i know its annoying but you can always explain to her how YOU should be her first priority. Dont tell her directly that he is treating you bad, but leave hints. Dont say everything in one go. TAke your time.
If all else fails, you know that its no use being a goodie...Let him have it and Take your revenge!!!
