dry coughs

Question Posted Friday November 14 2008, 1:11 am

I keep having severe dry coughs, that sometimes it makes me stop talking and cough. I feel like it's choking me sometimes if I don't have something to drink. What can I do to make it better or make it go away?

I used to have that too! For me, there was no real solution other than water. But if you keep a hard candy (like a cough drop or something) in your mouth for most of the day, it's unlikely that the dry coughing will even start. Otherwise, just try to take a water bottle in your backpack/purse with you.
Hope I helped!
Love,
Jennifer
