depo birth control shot and period

Question Posted Tuesday November 11 2008, 4:42 pm

k so im not exactly sure i think that the last time i got my shot was about three and a half or more months ago... and its supposed to stop working after 3 months... so does that mean that i should have had my period since it stopped working? Well i haven't gotten it.. i haven't had sex since the last time i got it and im pretty sure that i would notice if i'd been pregnant for four months but who knows.

It starts working after about 14 days that you got your shot so youre probably still fine, but if you start getting worried, I would just go to the doctor get another shot and ask him/her
