Am i right to be mad? Hey i really need this question answered and i hope u can help me...
I invited my boyfriend(20years old) to come with me and my family on vacation to my grandparents house in the U.S for thanksgiving shopping. Now hes saying that he wont be able to come because he doesn't have enough money and if he leaves for 4 days his job will fire him before Christmas. Am i wrong to be upset about this? cause i really wanted him to come

Thank you for your question.
You're not "wrong" to be upset about it. I suppose you had it all planned out and were looking forward to having a nice time with him, right? So it's absolutely normal to be a bit gutted about it. What you shouldn't do, though, is go on about it to him. It's not his fault he can't get time off from work. Ideally, he should have asked work for a holiday before he made plans with you (if he did, and something came up, ignore this bit!)
You should be understanding about it, you are his girlfriend after all.
Do something else special together and maybe eventually, another time will come up where you can have a little time away together.
Try not to let it get you down too much. I'm sure he's upset about it too. ]
