does anyone know where i can watch/see/buy the 36 deleted scenes mentioned in the commentary that made the movie PG-13 in the movie 'a walk to remember'? Is this alternate version or any of the deleted scenes available ANYWHERE? is there a blu-ray disc that has them or a different DVD that i can buy? if so, where can i find this? if it's not available on DVD, does anyone know of a website that i can find these scenes on? It is crucial that i find these, i'm doing a project, and i know that they had to have been sold somewhere. well, i'm hoping. if they're not available right now, does anyone know if they are supposed to come out anytime in the near future? are people still fighting to have these come out? because i saw a few websites with petitions. I love this movie so much and it's my favorite, but i have 2 questions about it. 1: During the play when Jamie is about to sing the song, is Landon supposed to say 'all i know is, you're beautiful' or did he just say that because he was surprised after seeing her walk out looking so different? 2: Was Landon supposed to kiss Jamie after she sang? If he wasn't, was the audience aware of this? Or did they think it was in the script? I was confused because they show her father looking disappointed, but if it was part of the play, why would he care? If someone could answer all of these questions that would be great, thank you!
1. During the play, Landon forgot his line, so "All I know is, you're beautiful." was just the first thing that came out of his mouth. [Cause remember afterwards, the nerdy guy who had written the play was like, 'Nice rewrite, Carter.']
2. Landon wasn't supposed to kiss Jamie after she sang. He just kind of got caught up in the moment. No one, including him, knew it was going to happen [audience included, did you see his ex girlfriend's face?]
Jamie's father cared because he thought Landon was just going to break Jamie's heart, and she was fragile enough as it was because of her cancer. [ killerface's advice column | Ask killerface A Question ]
