I have always had very regular bowels but lately I find I am feeling very constipated. What can I do or eat to help this stop. I never ever had constipation befor recently. What can I do???

Try natural things such as eating plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Strawberries are an excellent source of fiber, and they taste yummy in the bargain. Drinking 100% fruit juices also help out. Beans are high fiber (though come with gas). Cabbage, broccoli, such as that. All good for you and help get things moving.
If it comes down to needing to buy something to help, try a fiber drink like Metamucil. If that doesn't work, stool softeners. But NOT anything that says laxative on the box!!
