Editing a movie!!!!

Question Posted Tuesday October 28 2008, 4:33 pm

There's a movie that I really like a lot, except for the fact that a couple of parts are bad. My question: Can I buy it off of iTunes and then edit the bad parts out on my Mac? Or maybe could I buy the DVD, rip it, then edit the bad parts out? I will buy the movie, either way, so the company can get their money, but I just want to edit roughly forty seconds of the entire movie. Does anyone know any way to do that? Any help is much appreciated.

You might go to downloads.com

They have a lot of programs that will do stuff like that. I am not sure about a specific one for a mac since i have windows but that is where I would start looking.
