You are looking for a quote from Mae West, who I once heard described as "a slut way ahead of her time." This film, "I'm No Angel" was filmed in 1933, and yet some of the dialog would shock you.
The line commonly given as: "When im good,im very good. But, when im bad... I'm better." is actually played out like this:
