I'm fifften-year-old girl. My boyfriend is my brother's friend and he is really shy. Not just in front of my brother, but all the time. Sometimes he acts like we're just friends, and other times he acts like he loves me. What is goin' on?

Hey girl i am 16 and i had the same problem too i am a very outgoing person and my boyfriend was SO shy. So one day i was like when we are with our friends you talk sometimes but when it is just me and you, you dont say anything, WHY! and he told me the same ol same ol i just dont know what to say so i said ok and went on then it happened again and again so one day i was just like you never talk to me why not and dont give the "i dont know what to say" thing either and he just said that he didnt know so i was like ok well i think we should take a break and see what happens. We are still broken up but we are friends and it totally works out better that way. So girl what you do is just ask him strait up why sotn you talk to me, and see what happens =]

Ok hun, this really depends on his age aswel as why he is shy in the first place.
I would just say be friendly, make conversation and be as open as you can to make him feel more connfertable, once he get's over being shy and becomes more confertable things will fall into place and he will be more loud or whatever.
If that don't work give him a pint of larger and watch him go lol.
