i need to lose like 15 pounds in like 2 weeks..any good tips or diet secrets:)

ok...so my ex best friend is fat...i was helping her lose weight. I think chubbier people tend to lose weight faster than smaller people, but I hope that this can help you. Just eat veggies like salad everyday. They will help you burn a lot of calories so fast. And Run or jog around your neighborhood every evening. You can even walk or speed walk. Just as long as if its something active. My friend lost 18 pounds in 3 weeks. But make sure you eat veggies and fruit only. That is how I do it. And it works really well. Example of her menu everyday was.

Breakfast: Big bowl of fruit yogurt with fresh strawberries, and drink water too!lots of water. the amount or serving depends on how much you yourself can take in. not too much though.

Lunch: she had tuna salad freshly made with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and Italian dressing, not ranch tho.

Dinner: She would have salad but use chicken or fish instead of tuna and the same ingredients.


Anyway...i hope this helps give you an idea! fruit and veggies and some walking or running....goodluck!!!:)

Mariah Carey lost a ton of weight by doing the "Miniscule Diet".
It's where you take one bite of everything on your plate. It's hard, but it does the trick.
