It depends on the guy. Some guys get really nervous and can't make eye contact when they talk to people. My boyfriend always makes eye contact with me, so it just differs from person to person. But no, it's not just a guy thing- there are plenty of guys that always make eye contact.

It depends. If there looking at your boobs, there a player. Otherwise, they could be nervous. But most guys I talk to give me direct eye contact, so there probally just nervous.
