I want to change my last name. I have no idea where to start. What steps do I need to take in order to get my last name changed?

what is your last name? you know i know somone my Aunt's grandgirl. she call her dad one time and wanted money for something and he not afford it and she say she hated him then you know he got sick with cancer he try call her and call her she never answer. and he pass away 2 year algo sadly girl not know he is gone and yet she didn't send him birthday card. you know just becouse he not around or anything he still your dad.. but it your choice but if you change it you be hurting the one the most.
