ok so theres this guy that always makes fun of me like for what kind of car i drive and just stuff like that and lots of people think hes annoying aswell as me and my friend mitchell is a good friend and he thinks of comebacks really quick but by the time i think of a good comeback the conversations over and if i said it it would be really akward
so how do i start to stick up for myself instead of my friends doing it for me
thanks
If your good at thonking after the conversations over, try thinking of a good speach or somehting that you can gove to this guy later on. Confront him and don't let him know if you're angry or afraid of him. Don't say anything that you might regret later or that might cause an even bigger fight! but yah, it's always good to have a friend there to back you up when you need it.
but, what i would do if i were in ure situation i'd just eb straight forward with him.
tell him that he's getting on ure nerves and your sick of his comebacks, and maybe if you don't do this then the next time he says something to you about you then be like, tell it to someone who cares.
and eventually if he realizes its not bothering you.. he'll stop.
but then again, if that doesn't work compliment him on something, maybe something he's wearing or what he;s driving, it will confuse the hell out of him and might just turn his head around about you. [ dearkaleighh's advice column | Ask dearkaleighh A Question ]
